Theresa J. Henson joined Boni and Zack LLC in January 2008. She was formerly associated with Meredith Cohen Greenfogel and Skirnick, PC for more than 10 years, where she practiced in the areas of antitrust, securities fraud, ERISA and other complex litigation. Ms. Henson earned her J.D. in 1995 from the Widener University School of Law. She is also a graduate of St. Joseph's University where she received a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
